Sık sık ihtilam olmak: Rüyada ihtilam sık oluyorsa, bunu azaltmanın bir yolu var mıdır?

Sürekli ihtilam olmanın dinen bir mahzuru yoktur. Ancak sürekli ihtilam olmanın bazı sebepleri vardır. Bu da fazla yemek, haramlara çok bakmak vb. nefsin hoşuna giden şeyleri yapmaktan kaynaklanır.
Ayrıca bir rahatsızlığınız olabilir. Sahasında uzman bir doktora danışmanızı öneririz. Bu rahatsızlığınızdan kaynaklanabilir.
Belinizi sıcak tutmanızı tavsiye ederiz. Haramdan ve açık saçık şeylerden kendimizi korumaya çalışmalyız. Bol yağlı ve vitamini bol şeyleri yiyerek uyumayın. Uykudan dört-beş saat önce yemeği kesiniz.
İmkanınız varsa oruç tutun. Çünkü oruç şehevi duyguları kırar.
Efendimiz (asm) bir hadislerinde şöyle buyurmaktadır:
"Ey gençler topluluğu! Kim içinizden evlenmeye güç yetirebiliyorsa evlensin. Çünkü gözü haramdan en çok saklayan, ırzı en iyi muhafaza eden budur. Kim de evlenmeye güç yetiremezse oruca devam etsin. Zira oruç, onun için bir korunmadır."(Buhârî, Nikâh 2-3; Müslim, Nikâh 1-3; Ebu Dâvud, Nikâh 1; Tirmizî, Nikâh l Nesâî, Nikâh 3; İbn Ma'ce, Nikâh 1).
